thank you all!
dear ones
i thank you all for sending condolence messages,emails,phone calls in such a large number. Rajul loved you all ,many of you had met her also . She is at peace now and with my lord shree saibaba. She is also guiding me to continue the spiritual and social work with more force and dedication and love and compassion ! her funeral was attended by so many loving people .There are prayer meetings ,satsangas being held in USA and in India at several places.

my soul mate
dear ones
my soul mate,my wife ,my love and my life partner "RAJUL" left this planet on 6 jan early morning 2.20 am .
She has not left me as she is with me as always!

kriya sutras of dattatreya part 2
Dharna means concentration on a particuar object/subject,vision,form. Shri dattaguru in yoga rahasya said that dharna also means " means by which one is able to establish oneself in to ones own form and be tranquil".
he then described the 10 types of dharna;-
naval
innerheart
chest
throat
mouth
tip of the nose
eyes
between the eyebrows
head and finally
Brahma the ultimate self
one who can do these dharnas becomes brahma(iternal absolute changeless self)
